Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Terms

• –21 days or more before check-in
  → 25% of the total booking value will be retained
• –10 to 21 days before check-in
  → 40% of the total booking value will be retained
• –Less than 10 days before check-in
  → 50% of the total booking value will be retained (equivalent to the full advance amount)
• –Last-minute cancellation or no-show
  → No refund

Rescheduling

• –One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability
• –Requests must be made at least 10 days prior to check-in
• –Revised bookings may reflect updated pricing

Booking Confirmation

Day retreat bookings are confirmed with 100% advance payment.

Cancellation Terms

• –24 hours or more before the session
  → 75% refund
• –Less than 24 hours before the session
  → 50% refund
• –No-show
  → No refund
