3-Day Experience
Ayurvedic Cooking Immersion

A deeper exploration of food as medicine.
This 3-day experience includes:
- ✦4 practical cooking sessions
- ✦1 foundational theory session (doshas, seasonal eating, food combinations, Ayurvedic principles)
- ✦Each session: 2–2.5 hours
- ✦Time in our garden to pick fresh herbs and seasonal produce
- ✦Meals prepared during the sessions can be enjoyed afterwards
