    3-Day Experience

    Ayurvedic Cooking Immersion

    ₹11,000 per person

    A deeper exploration of food as medicine.

    This 3-day experience includes:

    • 4 practical cooking sessions
    • 1 foundational theory session (doshas, seasonal eating, food combinations, Ayurvedic principles)
    • Each session: 2–2.5 hours
    • Time in our garden to pick fresh herbs and seasonal produce
    • Meals prepared during the sessions can be enjoyed afterwards

    Minimum group size: 3 participants

    Classes typically run on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
