Terms & Conditions

1. Room Pricing & Taxes

• ·All listed prices are for room stay only.
• ·Food, beverages, therapies, classes, and activities are charged separately unless clearly stated as part of a specific package or retreat.
• ·GST is applicable as per government regulations:
• — 5% GST on room tariffs up to ₹7,500 per night.
• — 18% GST on room tariffs above ₹7,500 per night.
• — Café bills are charged as per applicable GST norms.
• ·Taxes are additional unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• ·A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• ·The remaining balance must be paid at or before check-in.
• ·Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
• ·We reserve the right to release a booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
• ·Guests are encouraged to inquire at the time of check-in about any applicable group discounts or ongoing schemes they may be eligible for.

3. Cancellation Policy

• ·Cancellation 3 days (72 hours) or more before check-in → 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• ·Cancellation less than 3 days (within 72 hours) before check-in → 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• ·No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
• ·Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur charges.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• ·Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• ·Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• ·Early check-in before 6:00 AM will be considered as a half-day extra charge.
• ·Check-in is permitted only until 11:00 PM.
• ·Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5. House Guidelines

• ·Aavya is a peaceful, creative wellness space. Guests are requested to respect quiet hours and shared areas.
• ·Loud music inside rooms is not permitted.
• ·Outside visitors are not allowed in rooms without prior approval.
• ·Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.
• ·Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

6. Meals & Café

• ·Meals are available at the café and are charged separately unless included in a specific retreat or package.
• ·Outside food is discouraged in common areas.

7. Safety & Responsibility

• ·Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• ·Aavya is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• ·Participation in activities is voluntary and at the guest's own discretion.

8. Force Majeure

• ·Aavya shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural calamities, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions.
